Birch Tree Sap

  • Birch Tree Sap is water filtered and enriched with minerals by the Birch Tree itself.*
  • Birch Sap is extracted from the Birch Tree during a short time (from 2 to 4 weeks) at the break of winter and spring when Sap moves intensively.
  • A small hole is drilled in a Tree trunk and Sap is collected, no harm to the Tree is done.
  • Sap is a watery, slightly sweet liquid.
  • Rich in vitamins, minerals, amino acids, enzymes, phytoncides, essential oils and sugars.*
